Needs some design work

They are super lightweight, and with the swap out for the larger earcups rather than the foam "sit on your ear" cushions, they actually feel like they will stay in place which is GREAT. The cord length from the headset to the connector could be a little longer. We clip the PTT control to the front edge of the desktop and even at my 5'3", w/o raising the desktop level, I can't stand up w/o pulling off my headset. Clipping that heavy corded PTT control to my clothing is not going to happen. It's just annoying to have to keep taking the headset off and putting them back on or fiddle w/ the disconnect just to stand up or move more than 2 1/2 feet from the PTT control. Sound quality is good which is typical of most Plantronics products I've used in my 25+ years experience with them for both telephonic and radio comms systems. Plantronics makes some great products and having to wear a headset for a solid 8 hr shift, this one is not one of my favorites. I would LOVE if Plantronics brought more of the comfort and noise cancelling innovation we see in sport and gaming comms applications into play with their business line of products as they are certainly in line with pricing levels with some of the higher end gaming gear from Turtle Beach, Hyper X, Razer and others.

The quality of this headset outstanding. The audio is very clear in the ears, as well as for those whom we are speaking to. It picks up very little surrounding noise, so it keeps the calls intimate and focused. It almost feels as though I am not wearing a headset at times. I recommend this product highly.

Great headset, been using it for years

I've used the same headset for 7 years now only just having to replace the foam ear pieces due to wear. Audio quality is great and the microphone is very good. I use this in combination with the DA70 usb adapter mostly for GoToMeeting calls and have never had any issues. Speaking to comfort, everyone is different but this is the most comfortable headset I have ever used. It is lightweight, does not pinch your head, and compatible with large head sizes (I wear an XXL hat and I don't even have to max it out fully.)

Horrible

These are considered to be the worst headsets by many associates in my are across multiple call centers. They're uncomfortable and never fit quite right. We dread our job because we have to use this headset, and the price is ridiculously high for the quality. A much better headset can be bought for much less.
