The FotodioX Nikon G Pro Lens Adapter with Built-In Iris Control for Fujifilm X-Mount Cameras is a high quality adapter that allows you to mount a Nikon G mount lens to a Fujifilm X-mount camera body. It features a brass construction with a stainless steel finish as well as the ability to focus to infinity. This works with a leaf spring system for a secure attachment of the lens to the adapter. Additionally, this adapter features a built-in iris for controlling the amount of light let into your camera.

Although the lens will fit physically, automatic lens control and functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter. You can utilize aperture priority mode in combination with stop-down metering for automatic exposure control on your camera.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Adapter for Nikon to Fuji X mount This is a well made item and would have been given five stars had it included ANY information about its use and features. I know info is available on the web but it would have been a one pager. Otherwise it works well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent for the price I use this adaptor on my Fuji XE2 with Nikkor lenses.I can use all my D and G lenses. The machining of the adaptor is pretty good considering it is not an expensive item. The lenses fit snug but not too tight. Same with the connection between the camera and adaptor. The adaptor has 4 adjustment settings to adjust the exposure which is a nice feature. Overall this is a good adaptor at a reasonable price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Instructions would be nice. Lens/camera body fit are very good--no problems yet. Absolutely NO instructions. Two tabs on the adapter, one easily intuited to mount and release lens. The other for ?????? Would be nice if diaphragm had f-stop conversion. Of course, would be great if there were an adapter out there with electrical contacts to communicate between lens (Nikon) and camera body (Fuji XT-1).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh Works well enough. Doesn't make an audible click when mounted fully on the camera, which I don't like. I want to know that lens is on securely (it seems to be, I just like the feedback of a click). I bought this specifically to be able to use my Nikon Lensbaby Composer Pro with Edge 80 on my Fuji xPro2. The adapter with that particular lens is not a great fit, as it makes it very difficult to get any of the tilt-shift effect (and if you know the lens you know it's already a beast without the addition of a handicap--a beast I love, but still a beast). I'm torn, but I think I'll keep the adapter solely because it's cheap and allows me to use this lens I love so much. I'll be selling the adapter once I've saved enough for the Fuji version of the Lensbaby.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nikon Lens Adapter Soft on Focus I have a number of upper-end Nikon lenses for my D700, including: 2.8 70-200, 1.4 50mm to name two. I find that the pics are soft with either of these compared to using the Fuji lens I got with the camera: 2.8-4, 18-55mm. I was hoping to add to the arsenal using the Nikons but I'm not very happy with the results. Luckily the Nikon G Pro Lens Adapter was relatively inexpensive. I would not recommend this to picky shooters like myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does its job well. This adapter has proven to be an excellent purchase. Although I have not purchase a higher end adaptor I don't feel one is required after using this little fella. The mount on both sides is better than the connection between an xe2 and 18-55 (I may have had a bad example of lens/camera though). Lightweight. Not too big. Controls work well - although limited aperture control on lens's that don't have external contols.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this again... This adapter works great with my Nikon 10.5 Fisheye lens on my Fuji XT cameras

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent great - slow to use as there's no auto focus or metering
