Good Infinity Focus

Adapter fits well on Nikon D700 (not too tight or loose); fits well on Hasselblad CF 120 mm and CF 80 mm. Infinity focus seems to function as well as my equipment. With manual focus, will show adjustment up to and very slightly beyond infinity.

I have 4 hasselblad v Zeiss lenses setting in a cabinet. I just attached them to my Nikon 800 and the lenses work great. I’m happy to get some use out of those beautiful lenses

Useful for holding the 150mm V lens

Easy to fit the D750, the adapter does not feel perfectly tight either on the camera body or the lens. But it holds. Instead of selling the V lenses, better to give them a second chance. This product is a good cheap way to achieve very decent results from those workhorses' lenses.

I live in Australia, fast delivery from B&H. The pro mount adaptor is very well made, it will not work with my Hasselblad 80mm lens, will not focus. The other lines the 250mm the 150mm and the 50mm all work well on my Nikon D810. Its good for the money brings old lens back into use.

If I had to buy this product again I would.

I am using this adapter combining a Carl Zeiss Makro Planar 5.6 135 with bellows to my Nikon D810. For my purpose it is working great. The fit to both the camera and lens - in my case the bellows is firm and secure.

Works as it should. Had to clean it thoroughly. It was very gritty. Not what I expected for an adapter to be used with a DSLR with a large sensor.

It is a pity that such a good product does not have a quality control to see the finish. I strongly recommend that before using it, you clean it with a damp cloth, to remove a black powder that is inside and can get the camera sensor and your lens dirty. Apart from this drawback, the product works very well.

Hasselblad V lenses (C,CF,CFE,CFi) have to be re-cocked by a V body, since it uses a leaf shutter. Is there a mechanism on this adapter to do just that, or would you have to remove the lens, re-cock manually, and reattach after each exposure?

This is how I get around this issue. The Leaf shutter is not used in its traditional sense with this adapter as Digital cameras already have a shutter in the camera body. How I use this adapter with my Nikon. I Cock the lens, mount onto the camera. To engage the leaf shutter - as I stop down I push the small silver push trigger on the right side of the barrel of the Hasselblad lens this engages the leaf shutter so I can set my aperture as per my light meter. Other wise the lens sits on the adapter in a wide open setting.Stephen McKnight - Cam Op / Medical Photographer

Hi. I would like to buy this adapter, but does it fully compatible to Nikon D7100 and D800 bodies, using Carl Zeiss Plannar 80 T* lens? How may I set apperture and speed using vintages Carl Zeiss lenses with Nikon DSLR? Via camera body or lens?

The hassy lens has a manual setting for the aperture, the camera needs to go on automatic or shutter priority. I used it with my Nikon D800, it will be heavy with the lens and you need to keep an eye on dust. The fitting will not be precise, it will either be loose or too tight, if you are the hands on fixer, you can file a bit the connectors of add grafers tape to make a snug fit and that wont make it rattle. Focus is all manual.

No. Unless you have a Nikon F mount to canon EF adapter. I recently bought this adapter and was disappointed with the results. Just buy the canon 85mm 1.8 lens
