No, it would not be advisable to alter this product in that way. Yamaha does make 220v products for regions where that is required. If you are looking for a 220v Yamaha product, you would need to purchase it from a region where the AC power is 220v.

What is the purpose of SACD if the rest of the channels are not read?
The Yamaha CD-S3000 has 2 physical inputs and 2 physical outputs. I do not know why Yamaha designed the CD-S3000 with 2 channels specifically.
