Will this card work on windows server ?

HP does not list Windows Server as a supported operating system unfortunately.

Will this card work in a 2012 Apple Mac Pro ?

Unfortunately not, this is only compatible with HP currently.

Is this working with apple thunderbolt display?

No. The Apple Thunderbolt Display is not compatible with non Apple computers.

will this work with Integrated Graphics Intel HD 4600?

Yes, when installed in one of the compatible systems. (HP Z230 , Z420, Z620, and Z820 Workstations)

Is the card compatible with a HP Z400 workstation?  24Gb RAM / 1TB System drive / 1TB Internal RAID / 6TB external G-RAID.

Is this card compatible with my HP Z-800?

It is compatible with the following professional level systems: the HP Z820, Z620, Z420, and Z230 Workstations, unfortunately not with the HP Z800.
