Network attached storage (NAS) arrays can now journey beyond the final frontier, thanks to Seagate’s IronWolf 110 SATA III 2.5" Internal SSD. Designed specifically for small and medium businesses that require an enterprise NAS for 24/7 and multi-user operations, Seagate’s IronWolf 110 SSD offers users capacities of 240GB, 480GB, 960GB, 1.92TB, and 3.84TB. Built with a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface and a 2.5" / 7mm form factor, these devices give you the capability to boost performance in an all-flash array or a NAS system with tiered cache functionality via sustained sequential read and write speeds of up to 560 and 535 MB/s, respectively, both of which provide faster data transfer speeds when compared to a traditional spinning hard drive. Seagate further enhanced these SSDs with an MTBF rating of 2 million hours, a total bytes written (TBW) rating of up to 7000TB, 1 per 1017 nonrecoverable read errors per bits read, and a limited 5-year warranty with a 2-year Data Recovery Services plan.
