Upgrade your home office with a high-performance printer: the Canon PIXMA TS702. Coming in alongside many other CES announcements from Canon, this mighty, compact unit should not be overlooked. One of the biggest advantages is its high capacity, both in terms of paper and ink—it can hold up to 350 sheets at a time and works with XL and XXL series ink tanks. It is very modern, as well, sporting built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and support for a variety of printing protocols.
Speed is often a consideration for printing larger jobs, and the TS702 will deliver a document in just 10 seconds. It can then hit ESAT-rated document print speeds of 15 ipm, for black, and 10 ipm, for color. You can even get a 4 x 6" photo in about 21 seconds. A variety of paper sizes are supported, including 3.5 x 3.5" and 4 x 4" square options, and more conventional sizes from 4 x 6" up to 8.5 x 14". Other built-in functions are a 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution, automatic duplex printing, a Hybrid Ink System for vivid color and sharp text, and borderless printing.
Those looking for the latest wireless functions will be pleased by support for the Canon PRINT mobile app, Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Mopria, and more. Support for Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT are built-in, as well. Regarding some basic specs, the TS702 features a duty cycle of 15,000 pages with a recommended monthly volume of 250-1,000 pages. Overall, this is a well-featured printer that is perfect for the modern home and office.
