While the drone wasn’t used to actually take the photo, it was used as my lighting source. This proved to be much more difficult than anticipated. I strapped a couple of LED lights onto my drone and used it to light paint this abandoned power plant. On my last few exposures, the moon began to peek around the side of the smokestack, giving me the beautiful flare that lined up perfectly with the halo that was created with the drone on orbit.
