I took a chance taking this picture around dusk. It was very cloudy and wasn't an optimal set of circumstances. I used Lightroom for my post-processing initially, but after being invited to participate in a black and white challenge, I thought this photo would be a great candidate for a transformation. As mentioned, I started with Lightroom. I converted the image to greyscale. I pulled out all of the highlights and increased shadows to 100%. I optimized my whites and blacks. Then, I sharpened the image and increased dehaze for additional contrast. After exporting the image, I opened the image in MacPhun Aurora HDR and experimented with several settings until I was happy with the outcome (as shown). I thoroughly enjoy post-processing and had a ball producing this image.
