Rode with friends, on our motorcycles, to the top of the Art Museum steps. Had a great time visiting with out-of-towners doing the ROCKY run up the art museum steps. Took numerous images over the next four hours and finally this shot, where the spotlight, lighting up the William Penn statue atop city hall, happened to line up with the rising moon which unfortuneatly is obscured by a cloudy sky. Fixed that and the rest is history!
