This is a long exposure with the camera sitting on a concrete step at the edge of the water. I had no tripod with me so I had to prop the camera up using the camera strap. It is shot with a Nikon D610 and Tamron 24-70mm f/2.8 lens with a nd filter on it. The raw image was first processed with Photo Ninja and then Adobe Photoshop.
