This was one of my first long exposure images I made shorty after switching from film to digital. I only made one exposure before getting soaking wet by the oncoming storm and then to return to my vehicle to find a $47 parking ticket. I considered the image a failure but liked the composition. I used Lightroom and Photoshop with mulitple layers to get an image I had envisioned.
