While fishing on the Upper Mississippi River, we came across an area where the water-flow was minimal, and the Duckweed covered the river's edge. The slight current created a swirling effect, which was very interesting when viewed from above - it almost looked like a toxic spill. We were able to catch some fish in this area, as well as catch a few nice frames from the sky!
