I had this idea in my head for several weeks. It took me a while to find the perfect location with the perfect patch of grass. I also wasn't sure how my 6 year old was going to cooperate as I had a very specific pose in mind. I wanted to make sure the image told a story and that had to be portrayed in the way she was laying and the way the grass fell beneath her. I was very happy with the way it all came together!
