Using Photoshop CS 5 I matched two photos taken in Canon 6D with lens Canon 75-300 using distort and skew initially, later I erased the areas overlapping, finally adjusted one of the 2 photos to match the other photo in color and lighting. Finally merged and adjusted the final image.
