I arrived too early. There was fog in every direction and all I could do was wait for sunlight to break through.. It didn't happen. So I snapped a few photos (just to hear the shutter) and headed back to the truck. I didn't look at the images until a week later. I thought this one was composed well but the ISO was set too high on my Canon 5d iii and 100-400mm lens.
Post-processing with LR5 and PS Elements 13 offered so many options to salvage this quiet moment. I hope to get another shot of this lone cypress tree in the fog. Even after the recent storms in central Florida, it's still standing.
