While capturing some sunrise footage in a nearby town, I passed an old textile mill that had sat partially torn down for over a decade. I stopped to get some aerials of it, and reflected on how much that town and our world has changed since that mill was first constructed.
I find beauty in the stories, both real and concocted in my head of life when these abandoned places were thriving.
The pigeons on the smokestack seemed uninterested in the drone and the area behind the mill lay in disrepair and deserted.
