This photo was loosely based on an idea for a vampire hunter and is highly influenced by the movies Underworld and The Matrix. My goal was to create something that looked like it could have been on a movie poster an portrayed a female hero in a strong way. I photographed Ember in the studio and then added the background later using Adobe Photoshop. During the shoot I just remember thinking that I was really lucky that I had found a model could pull off that pose and make it look real all while in boots with heels.
