While capturing some footage of an outdoor event, I realized that a fireworks show would also be included. After scouting out an area across a pond and over a wooded area from the event, I captured some long exposures of the fireworks.
The green in the pyrotechnics, along with the smoke, reminded me of a scene from The Wizard of Oz, and I could almost picture the Wicked Witch of the West emerging from the haze.
