I'm not strong at previsualization, so I tend to draw inspiration on the spot during my sessions. A combination of interacting with my client/subject and the surrounding environment. I begin with ACR to get my images about 80% to where I want them to be. In this case I felt strongly about working up a b&w version of the image. I dove into Nik's Silver Efex to get started. The wood texture/color of the bridge cover behind the subject inspired me to lean towards a sepia tone, which also play nicely off the textures of the leather jacket and hijab.
