After completing the hike to the top of Half Dome my team decided to take the long way back down the mountain to go through Nevada Falls. Tired, hungry, and exhausted I turned around while walking past Nevada Falls during sunset to take this single photo hand held. After finally making it back to Yosemite Village around midnight I turned my camera on to look at this beautiful image of Nevada Falls and know I had captured something that will always take me back to the mountains.
