Possible application venues include hotels, companies, campuses, malls, and more. Built with enterprise-class hardware and built for enterprise-grade performance, the EAP330 and EAP320 can support a large number of connected devices while providing stable operation for long periods of time. Both these devices are 802.11b/g/n/a/ac compatible; however, the EAP330 is rated for speeds of up to 1900 Mbps, whereas the EAP320 clocks in at 1200 Mbps.
Since both access points support dual-band connectivity, you’ll have access to the standard 2.4 GHz band, as well as the 5 GHz band, which can provide you with faster speeds with the tradeoff of shorter range. Furthermore, they incorporate helpful technologies and features, such as Airtime Fairness, Band Steering, Beamforming, and MIMO to help optimize the RF signal and ensure every device gets the performance and speeds it needs. Once mounted, these access points can be used in conjunction with the free EAP Controller Software to manage hundreds of EAPs. You’ll also be able to create secure guest portals with custom, user-definable actions that can range from a simple viewing and agreeing to an acceptable use policy, or to a more secure user ID and password log-in before they’re granted access.
