Samsung’s new HDR UHD smart TVs are here, and there’s quite a variety to choose from. The NU7100-series LED TVs, available in 50, 55, 65", and various other sizes, supports HDR10, HLG, and the newer HDR10+ formats, allowing you to enjoy a variety of content in HDR quality. Motion Rate 120 technology digitally smooths out the blur commonly associated with fast-moving objects. The onboard Tizen operating system provides access to the Samsung Smart Hub for app downloads, and a full web browser, through Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity. Three HDMI inputs, a component/composite video combo, RF antenna jack, two USB ports supporting audio, video, and photo playback from compatible drives, and an optical output to your home entertainment system round out the A/V connections on this series. The UN65NU7300 is the 65" curved version of this series, and is also available in multiple size options.
The NU8000-series shares many of the same features as the NU7100-series, plus a fourth HDMI input; the 65" model upgrades to Motion Rate 240 technology for even smoother motion. The curved NU8500-series, available in 65" and other sizes, is the curved version of the NU8000-series and is otherwise the same.
There are also new curved QLED models, such as the 55 and 65" Q7CN-series, which sport Q Color with quantum dot technology for enhanced brightness and color vibrancy. All the same smart TV features of the previous two models are onboard, plus a third USB input.
