Watch TV, Display Artwork, and More with The Frame from Samsung

0Share

Enjoy your favorite TV shows and streaming services, plus professional and personal digital images with this new TV series from Samsung, simply called “The Frame.” Available in 55 and 65" sizes, The Frame provides access to a library of 100 pieces of artwork across 10 genres and will also display images you have stored (at 800 x 800 resolution and up) on a connected thumb drive. It has a feature called Art Mode, which will display the artwork of your choice, then shut off completely when its built-in motion sensor no longer detects motion, or if Art Mode is turned off.

The Frame has UHD 4K resolution and is HDR10-compatible to provide vibrant colors and enhanced brightness with compatible content. Smart features include built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, plus access to the Samsung Smart Hub for app downloads, and a full web browser for a virtually seamless Internet experience. The Frame includes the Samsung One Connect Box, which houses all the TV’s connections; this box then connects to the TV with an included optical cable that is designed for discretion. Four HDMI and three USB ports are built into the One Connect Box to provide a variety of connectivity options.

An integrated light sensor automatically adjusts the color and brightness settings to help your artwork of choice look more like an actual painting than a painting being displayed on a TV. The included No-Gap Wall Mount helps this illusion, holding the TV flush to the wall like a typical picture frame. The Frame is even customizable with optional interchangeable bezels in various colors (beige wood, walnut, and white metal) that snap onto the existing bezel magnetically, no tools required.
