You have recommended a 600x Sd card for the Canon 5d mark 3. The speed of the SD card slot, at 133x does not support UHS, and is far slower than that of the CF slot which supports UDMA 7. The additional speed you are paying for in the card is wasted in the camera and it's only benefits are in removing the card and dumping the images to a computer from a card reader. Inserting the SD card casues the camera o default to the slowest speed of either card. If you want the benefits of a fast card get a UDMA7 CF card and leave the SD lot empty when you want the camera to shot more FPS and surprisingly you will also get more shots on the same size card.
