A love of vintage clothing and accessories led Hari, the founder of Grafea, to start her own line of designer bags that have high style and high-quality craftsmanship. The name Grafea comes from the Greek translation for "writer," embracing the artistic creativity and individuality found in the camera bags. The bags are both elegant and durable, inspired by classic British vintage style. Hari wants the old to become new again, and Grafea has done this in a phenomenal way.
The Grafea England Leather Camera Bag in the regular size is the brand's original and best selling camera bag, but it doesn't look like a camera bag. The full-grain, 2.5 millimeter leather has vintage flair that resurrects the feeling of old leather satchels. Superb construction quality means the leather is durable and stunning, and regular wear will add to its character. (Oh, and if it gets wet, just let it dry naturally.) The regular size Camera Bag is available in the classic colors of Caramel and Brown.
A strong top handle enables easy moving, and an adjustable shoulder strap with a wide shoulder pad supports the weight of your camera gear for a comfortable messenger-style carry.
On the front of this classic bag is a wide buckle closure, which holds the top flap securely to the body. When the flap is opened, the main compartment is revealed. In this compartment your gear can be kept snug and protected within a removable, fitted, padded nylon insert. The removable insert has two dividers, which you can configure to fit your equipment as you wish. This insert is able to accommodate your DSLR system with a lens and a flash. Everything in the insert is held snugly and securely within a zippered closure. As an option, if you do not want to use the insert, you do not have to. Without the insert, the entire main compartment is open for ample, undivided storage space.
On the front side of the main compartment is a large pocket for easy access to personal items or additional camera accessories. On the back of the bag are two pockets, one envelope and one zippered. To add to the vintage style of the bag, there are two more buckled pockets, one on each side of the bag. These would be perfect for your cell phone, wallet, keys or extra batteries.
If you need a bit more space than the regular size camera bag, there is the large Grafea England Leather Camera Photo Bag. This bag is also available in the warm, inviting colors of Caramel and Brown. The large Leather Camera Photo Bag has the same stylish, vintage outward appearance as the regular camera bag with a more space for your gear.
Like the regular size bag, the large bag is handsomely crafted of durable and beautiful full-grain, 2.5 millimeter leather. The buckle closure on the front is the same as the one on the regular size, as is the top carry handle and the adjustable shoulder strap with shoulder pad. The large size also has ample pockets for storage, with the pocket on the front of the main compartment, the two pockets on the back (one zippered and one envelope pocket), and then the one buckled pocket on each side for added vintage style and functionality.
A removable nylon insert with two configurable dividers fits perfectly into the main compartment. This zippered insert in the large bag can hold your DSLR system with two lenses and a flash. Remove the insert and you have a large storage space ready for anything!
