Manfrotto ML360 Midi-36 LED Panel and ML360H Midi-36 Hybrid LED Panel

LED (Light-Emitting Diodes) accessory lights for digital cameras are becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to electronic flash for adding auxiliary light to low lighting conditions. The benefits of continuous LED lighting include cool operating temperatures and low power consumption. Because LEDs are a continuous light source, it’s easy to preview your final results, with no guesstimating the visual results of the micro-bursts of electronic flash light.

The Manfrotto ML360 Midi-36 LED Panel  contains 36 individual daylight-balanced (6000°K) LED bulbs, which are arranged along the front of the light panel in four rows, each containing nine LED bulbs. The ML360 Midi-36 can be mounted to your camera’s hotshoe using its bottom-mounted ball mount, located on the bottom of the unit, or to a light stand or similar support system with a 3/8" threaded screw mount.

Other features include a dimmer that allows you full control of the unit’s light output from 0 to 100%, dual female mounting points for easy vertical or horizontal positioning, and a 3200°K back light on the lower right side of the casing for illuminating the control panel when you’re working in dim light.

The Manfrotto ML360 Midi-36, which can be used in tandem with other units when you need additional light, outputs approximately 360 Lux at 3.3' and operates on alkaline or rechargeable AAA batteries.

The Manfrotto ML360H Midi-36 Hybrid LED Panel, which in addition to all of the specs and attributes of the Manfrotto ML360 Midi-36, also features a Photo mode that kicks in a flash function (also daylight) that in addition to freezing subjects that might otherwise appear blurry in LED light alone, increases the unit’s light output by two stops (4x).

As with the Manfrotto ML360 Midi-36, the hybrid version of this handy lighting tool can used in tandem with other units when you need additional light, outputs approximately 360 Lux at 3.3' and operates on alkaline or rechargeable AAA batteries.
