Manfrotto has announced its Element MII collection of camera and smartphone support for on-the-go creators. A variety of tripod options is available, including the Mobile and Mobile Bluetooth Carbon Fiber Traveler Tripods, as well as the Mobile Bluetooth Aluminum Traveler Tripod in red or black finishes. The Element MII Aluminum Monopod rounds out the new collection as an ultra-lightweight and portable monopod.
The Element MII tripods are designed for photographers who want to maximize creative possibilities while traveling light. All of the tripods consist of five sections, providing a working range of 16.9-63" while collapsing down to 16.7" for easy storage and transport. Three independent leg angles help to position your camera however you need to get your shot. Further benefiting travel applications, the aluminum models weigh only 3.4 lb and the carbon fiber models 2.98 lb.
Ideal for phones and small cameras, the Element MII tripods support up to 17.6 lb of gear. They each feature a center ball head that is Arca-compatible and include a 200-PL Light Plate, as well as a universal smartphone clamp. A twist-lock mechanism makes adjustments fast, easy, and secure. Rubber feet help to further stabilize gear on a variety of terrain, and a hook on the center column allows the attachment of additional weight for stability.
The Bluetooth aluminum and carbon fiber models add app-free Bluetooth remote control when using a smartphone. Capable of triggering your phone up to 90' away, the remote provides hands-free control for sharp and stable images.
Alongside the new tripods, Manfrotto has also announced the Element MII Aluminum Monopod. Consisting of four sections, it provides the same height as the tripods while supporting up to 33 lb of gear and weighing only 1.1 lb.
