Protect your lenses, photographic equipment, mobile electronics, and other valuable accessories from excessive moisture, dirt, and dust with Ruggard Electronic Dry Cabinets. They are controlled environments for safely storing your gear. The cabinets' fast-acting TE Cooling Wafer regulates the interior's relative humidity, from 25-60%, to help prevent fungus and corrosion that can damage your gear; humidity adjustments take place over a one- to three-hour period.
With seven dry cabinets to choose from, finding the right one is easy. The smallest cabinet in the collection is the 30L, which features contoured padding for horizontal lens storage. A bit taller, the 50L has an extra shelf. And while not as tall, the 80L provides more storage. Photographers in search of a taller cabinet might opt for the 120L, which has five adjustable shelves. Taller still, and divided into separate upper and lower compartments, is the 180L. Wider and double-doored, the 235L fills the need for a shorter cabinet with increased storage. And for the photographer who demands upper and lower, double-doored storage in a movable cabinet with lockable wheels, there’s the 600L cabinet.
Each cabinet has lockable, rubber-sealed glass doors, with two keys and front handles. A large, dimmable LCD shows ambient temperature (in Fahrenheit or Celsius), relative humidity, and other readouts. Interior LEDs make viewing and finding gear easier and the base and the adjustable shelves are padded to help guard against scratches. The cabinets are powered by an included multi-voltage power supply and, in addition to being near-silent, without a fan or compressor to make noise, each unit is also dripless, eliminating the need for a water tray. To prevent unwanted movement, cabinet bottoms have four rubber feet.
