Hoodman’s steel-plated SD cards are built to withstand drops and exposure to water. The interior of the cards also feature durable plastic components not found in standard SD cards. The SD cards are capable of 90 MB/s transfer rates.
Their micro SD cards are helmet cam friendly, and are made of flexible ABS plastic. The micro SD cards come with a full-size SD card adapter.
Hoodman also showcased their portable metal digital card reader. The metal frame doesn't add much to the weight, and feels good in hand. The card reader is USB 3.0, and supports high-speed SD and CF cards.
