Ion iPics 2 Go Scanner

The Ion iPics 2 Go Scanner enables high-resolution picture scanning from your iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S. It works with 35mm negatives and slides as well as 3 x 5- and 4 x 6-inch pictures. You can also convert slides and negatives into photos, thanks to the editing app. It’s portable, easy to use and is powered by four AA batteries so you don’t need access to a power outlet. It features separate inlets for 3 x 5 and 4 x 6 prints so you can easily switch between the two sizes. Built-in LED lighting illuminates your photos evenly, minimizing hotspots and glare. When you put the tray holder in place, your photo is isolated from all outside lighting, relying entirely on the built-in lighting effect. Your photo will also be in the ideal position for the camera of the iPhone 4 or 4S.

In order to take full advantage of the Ion iPics 2 Go Scanner, you will need to download the iPICS2GO app, a free download from the App Store. The app features pre-defined cropping areas for 3 x 5- and 4 x 6-inch photos for easy, error-free scanning. Once you scan your images, you can share them on Facebook or email using the share button in the app. The images will be saved to your iPhone 4 or 4S camera roll so you can view them at any time. Additionally, the iPICS2GO app also provides basic photo editing tools, such as color, brightness and contrast correction.
