Building upon the success of the Lola and Mo-Fi headphones, Blue has announced two new headphones aimed at the discerning audiophile and audio engineer—the Sadie premium headphones with a built-in amplifier, and the Ella magnetic planar headphones with a built-in audiophile amplifier.

The Sadie is the next step in the evolution of the Mo-Fi powered headphones, delivering even more performance and detail with a revolutionary fit and sound stage. Each headphone features a high-powered 240mW amplifier that drives a 50mm fiber-reinforced dynamic driver. The sealed enclosure is tuned with damping materials, which boast a flat frequency response from 15 Hz to 20 kHz.

The Ella goes even further with a masterful blend of detail, impact, and transparency, and is designed to change the way you hear music. By combining the detail of planar drivers with the impact of dynamic technology, Ella maximizes your music’s potential from audiophile vinyl to high-definition music on your phone. Each headphone utilizes a 50mm x 50mm magnetic planar driver that is powered by a 250mW amplifier. The sealed enclosure is fitted with tuned damping material and delivers a flat frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz.

Both headphones will ship with a soft case, 1.2m audio cable with Apple iPhone/iPad controls and microphone, a 3m audio cable, and an 1/8" to 1/4" adapter.
