NAMM 2015: New Sennheiser D1 Wireless Systems

0Share

Sennheiser has made quite a name for itself when it comes to reliable wireless microphone systems. Sennheiser’s new D1 digital wireless series is assumed to be of the same caliber. The D1 allows you to focus on your performance and not the technology. Designed to be ready to go, right out of the box, the D1 is said to handle everything automatically so you can get right to work and get that great professional Sennheiser sound.

The D1 digital wireless series operates on a 2.4 GHz digital transmission frequency and is great for applications requiring up to eight systems. The D1 system will continually scan for interference and will automatically change frequencies, if needed, on the fly. It is also built to check your wireless signal strength continuously and adjust it if necessary. Finally, the D1 transmitters automatically optimize your input for maximum dynamics whether it is a whisper or a scream. Most importantly, the D1 sounds lifelike and allows you to use several different mic heads, such as the popular e835 cardioid capsule.
