The Galaxy S10’s Infinity-O display is a 6.1-inch AMOLED Gorilla Glass 6 panel with QHD+ 3040 x 1440 resolution. Instead of a notch design, the Infinity-O features a front-facing camera that’s been punched through the screen (hence, the “O”).
