Just in time for NAB 2018, GoPro has announced a new HERO action camera. This latest addition to the GoPro family comes packed with features, including the ability to capture 1440p video, 10MP stills, a 2-inch touchscreen display, and more—all at a wallet-friendly price that will appeal to a wider range of customers.
True to the GoPro brand, the newest HERO is built for adventure. Its compact body makes it easy to transport and mount, and its rugged, waterproof-to-33-feet design means it can handle a drop or a dunk. It also comes with plenty of smart features, such as voice control and automatic cloud backup, and features Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity for talking with compatible devices.
In addition to the camera, battery, and USB Type-C cable, the HERO will ship with two adhesive mounts and a mounting buckle, so you'll be able to strap it on and start recording right away.
