The Studio, the professional services division of B&H Photo, has announced a scholarship program for sports-production professionals interested in attending the SVG Summit, the leading event of the year for the Sports Video Group (SVG) and its membership, December 11-12 at the New York Hilton.

“THE STUDIO—B&H is proud to introduce our industry’s next-generation executives to the most important conference for sports broadcast and production professionals, providing them with the opportunity to network with more than 1,200 industry leaders, see the latest gear from more than 75 exhibitors, and hear firsthand the latest trends and technologies that are transforming the way sports content is being created and distributed worldwide,” says Manny Steigman, Director of marketing and new business development, THE STUDIO—B&H.

Applicants must be full-time employees of a broadcaster, college, conference, league, team, or production company and must have fewer than five years of industry experience. Five of the industry’s most promising young executives will be selected from among all applications to attend this year’s show.

The scholarship includes airfare, a hotel room for three nights, full access to the SVG Summit, and admission to the prestigious Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
