Really is more than just a bean bag to rest your camera on. The thought that went into the design really adds to its versatility.

Works just fine on my Nikor 500mm f4 and 80-400mm. Great material and build quality. If I find any issues on my trip to Botswana next month I'll update my review.

Comments about Sabi Sack (Ranger Green):

This review is pretty preliminary in that it was bought to take on a trip to Africa that occurs in a few weeks. So, it has been used for practice but not in a serious way yet.The big question is what to fill it with. For this trip, I needed something very lightweight. What I ended up doing was to purchase at [*] (a store I have not entered in a decade!)a huge bag of beanbag beads for $9. From my preliminary trails, they seem to hold the camera in place decently while conforming to the surface it's placed on. At this point, I have carried it by using a carabiner to hang it from my belt. (I use a Lowepro Inverse 200, which I love, but it cannot handle anything as bulky as this.)
