Comments about 16GB iPad mini 2 with Retina Display (AT&T, Silver):
Coming from an iPad 2 and then a short stint with a 1st gen Mini, the Retina version is a big step up in speed and display quality. I use the Mini for school to access DropBox files, PowerPoint files, research on the web, YouTube videos, as well as typical email, contacts, Messages, and Reminders. All neatly integrated with iCloud with my other iOS and Maverick devices. Sure, its a bit more expensive than some of it's competition, but you get what you pay for. I've tried other tablets, and sold them [[@]] within a month or two. Would have liked to have seen the fingerprint access on this model, and surprised the bezel on the top and bottom are still that wide, but it still fits nicely in your hand and is far more manageable than any of the iPad iterations. Haven't found a situation where I missed the larger size of the iPad.
