Comments about Bowens Gemini 750Pro 2-Light Kit:

Nicely packaged and easy to transport. Fairly straightforward to setup. I paired this with three PocketWizards Plus III and had everything working within minutes.

I am not highly experienced with lighting kits and was looking at the Profoto B2 or D2 kit, but for the money and sacrifice of portability (battery packs are available), I think it was a strong place for me to start.

I like the softbox and wish a slightly larger umbrella was offered.

Comments about Bowens Gemini 750Pro 2-Light Kit:

I had planned to buy used, but when Bowens came out with the new PocketWizard setup I had to jump on a new set. The lights are fantastic and the new PocketWizards worked without flaw. The light modifier is fine, not as nice as Profotos light modifiers but ok. The light stands are nice too. really did not need them, but I used them with some outdoor shots with my speed lights and they work great for that. I debated on what brand to buy for a long time. I really wanted Profoto, but did not want to spend that kind of cash and cash for any modifier. I debated on the Paul C Buffs, but the build and light modifier attachment concerned me. I bought a used 500 Gemini pro and that sold me. These are built like tanks and the adapter is rock solid.
