All I dreamed of and more.

I am extremely happy with this case. It's heavy-duty, the handle straps are wide and comfortable, and the ability to roll the whole thing is invaluable.

I fly regularly (weekly) with this bag and it holds a lot of gear, 3 stands, cables, tripod, boots etc. I like it. Only downside is that I've needed to own 4 so far due to the bottom breaking out. I usually get 9 months out of them as it seems airline baggage handlers seem to like to crush them and the base is unfortunately only made of an air core plastic sheet. Besides that, Ive only had to replace 1 set of wheels and they were shipped and supplied for free due to melting while pulling along a tarmac road in summer. The zips are strong but are well and truly gone by the time the baggage handlers have done their bit. I'm happy with them and will buy another today. NOTE: you'll need a large car to transport it as 48" is a long bag. $[$]for 9 months is a bargain I reckon. I only wish there was an agent in Australia.

This is a wonderful product all around. The company was efficient and suggested this case based off of very specific criteria that we gave to them and it was exactly what we were looking for. The product itself is durable, good looking, and perfect for what we needed it for. Not only would I recommend the product, but also the amazing company bhphotovideo- such an amazing experience! Great solution for flying a c-stand

By Tim

Comments about Tenba 48" Rolling Tripod/Grip Case:

Good sturdy case, not too heavy if you're trying to stay under that 50 lb limit for flying. Double-wide wheels roll steady, the narrow case doesn't easily tip side to side like some narrow roller cases do. If you need to fly C-stands, this is a solution. Will fit the post of a C+ stand with the legs and and arm/knuckle removed. It's a bit long for fitting in the back of an Uber.... you'll have to ask your driver to pull the back seat down and run it long-ways through the trunk.

Cmon guys, It makes way more sense to spend the same amount of money for a waterproof hard case that will last much longer than this soft padded bag with zippers just waiting to tear or break. No matter how tough the best soft case is, it will never be tougher than a hard case. I would get the Explorer 13527, or the many other options in the same price range as this nice padded bag.

Comments about Tenba 48" Rolling Tripod/Grip Case:

Great case. Holds 2 Avenger C Stands, 2 Matthews boom arms, 2 Impact tripods with casters and closes fine. Now if I could just lift it. You will like this case. Using it with my RocknRoller R18 multicart!

I wish it was just an inch wider in ever side, but it's great for when you have to move a bunch of gear as one man band.

I like the quality of this case

Comments about Tenba 48" Rolling Tripod/Grip Case:

This is the perfect size to fit my camera equipment. Two lightstands, one boom, two umbrellas and a tripod. There is room left over for smaller items like clamps, cords, etc. The material and zippers seem heavy enough to withstand regular use. I am not using this for air travel, not sure how well it would hold up from baggage handlers.

Comments about Tenba 48" Rolling Tripod/Grip Case:

I had to make a last minute purchase for my light stands and tripod right before a trip. For the last 10 years I had been using a great Liteware bag and after stuffing too much into it for the 1,000,000th time the zipper finally gave way. After doing a ton of quick research I settled on this bag. I have not been disappointed. It seems extremely durable and can hold a lot of stuff. I've got 3 manfrotto light stands, a tripod, 3 softboxes, 2 extension cords and several clamps all comfortably inside. Honestly it's a joy to work out of. If you get excited about gear and cases as much as I do you'll like it too.

I've flown with this case on several trips and the airlines have beaten the heck out of it to the point where it's useless even for local shoots. The wheels are out of alignment and the plastic corners have come loose from the body of the case.

If I could have submitted this review with 0 stars I would have done so.

I love the size of it. It's not oversized so I can put it on a plane and it's traveled with me on a coupe of flights. So far, I'm happy. We'll see how well the bag holds up after many long flights.

Comments about Tenba 48" Rolling Tripod/Grip Case:

I struggled with whether to order the 36" case of the 48" case. I read all the reviews. Because I didn't plan on traveling (on airlines) with the case I didn't think I'd need the 36" case. I was also concerned that 48" would be way long. It indeed is long but not necessarily so. I'm glad that I purchased the 48" case. It gives me plenty of room for all my light stands (and as it turns out I have one the is 42" long folded). The bag has straps to hold down the light stands and other gear (unadjustable though) and there are plenty of outer and inner pockets to store other items. A good purchase.

                  Amazing bag...
