I'm using this paper with my Epson 3880 printer. The 3880 does not use roll paper, so I cut it to length up to 37.4 inches on my Rotatrim paper cutter. I'm not reviewing the Rotatrim, but if you do very much paper cutting this thing is worth every cent, http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/45036-REG/Rotatrim_RC_RCM24_24_Mastercut_Professional_Rotary.html. Perfect cuts every time and you can trim an edge so narrow you can hardly see it. Notice I said above 37.4 inches and not 37.5. I had read on one of the forums that the max was 37.5 so that was the first size I tried to print. If you define the paper size to be 37.5, you won't get an error message, the Epson driver will simply ruin the sheet of paper. I ruined two sheets figuring it out.The surface is similar to Epson's Luster except better. It reminds me of the surface we used to get on black and white glossy paper when we dried it face up to avoid the shiny gloss finish. The other thing I like is the weight of the paper. Its much heaver than Luster and so it lays flatter. That makes it very to mount without having to glue it to the mounting board. I usually do a museum mount, hanging the print from the top with tape the back of the print then placing the cut mounting board on top. Even large prints stay nice and flat. If I do this with a large Luster print, in time the print noticeably loses it's flatness. This is my favorite paper. If you like Luster, you will love Exhibition Fiber.

I ran the Exhibition Fiber through an Epson 4880 and had two main issues.
The paper was so curled at the beginning that the print head kept hitting the leading edge of the paper leaving ink marks. Each time I had to release the roll and do an opposit curl on the leading edge. I also noticed scratch marks on the print as well from the machine. Love the paper just not how it preformed in the machine.

Comments about Epson Exhibition Fiber Photo Inkjet Paper (17" x 50' Roll):

I've been using Ex. fiber for about 8 years in cut 17x22 sheets. This was the first time buying in roll. Was surprise to see. Started using the first roll- the amount of black smudges along the border on top and bottom of paper. I love this paper but was very disappointed with the quality control with the rolls. I have 2 more rolls not opened, hope I have better luck with the other 2.

Comments about Epson Exhibition Fiber Photo Inkjet Paper (17" x 50' Roll):

I have been printing on Exhibition Fiber since it came out. I've not yet been disappointed! The paper retains colors well and presents well also. However where is truly shines is in printing Black and White. Love the different shades of black that the paper can show along with the grays.

Comments about Epson Exhibition Fiber Photo Inkjet Paper (17" x 50' Roll):

Holy cr8p! That's is all i have to say! There is probably other paper out there just as good, and does a fantastic job with the inks for the Epson 4900. But i decided to keep it in the family and buy epson paper for my Epson printer....just for starters. I have printed on Kodak glossy photo paper preveiously....the end result was OK...there was always a weird issue with high contrasting colors touching in the photo....i dont see it on these Epson papers.

One Fine Paper

Comments about Epson Exhibition Fiber Photo Inkjet Paper (17" x 50' Roll):

I use this paper exclusively for printing large photographs on an Epson 4880 printer. The roll is easy to handle and load on the printer. The surface is more of a lustre than high gloss, however, it renders rich highlight detail and deep blacks in the shadows. It's a perfect choice for either B&W or full color images.

Comments about Epson Exhibition Fiber Photo Inkjet Paper (17" x 50' Roll):

Prints made with this paper look fantastic - a nice textured luster finish on a heavy weight base. The prints feel substantial in the hand. Hands down my favorite photo-black ink paper.

It is quite challenging to work with though. First off, the surface is very fragile and prone to scratches so it requires careful handling. In rolls like this, it exhibits extreme curling and is very difficult to flatten. When loading a roll into my 4880 for the first time, I need to wait a couple of hours for the paper to decurl or I get head strikes (paper thickness set to 4). The curling makes careful handling difficult!

Comments about Epson Exhibition Fiber Photo Inkjet Paper (17" x 50' Roll):

I used this to create an exhibit of my best Paris street photography--shot on film, scanned and printed on the Epson 9890. ' couldn't be happier with the results; feels just like the best double-weight, fiber-based paper I ever used in the darkroom (I've been processing & printing my own work since 1972.). Bright whites, deepest blacks; photographs that almost glow. This is my second roll, and I look forward to adding several prints to my exhibit before school starts again in January. Not really a complaint: getting the finished print flat is a challenge--I suppose inevitable with paper this thick from a roll. Again, VERY like fine double-weight traditional printing paper! Epson, don't stop making this stuff!

Comments about Epson Exhibition Fiber Photo Inkjet Paper (17" x 50' Roll):

I've always enjoyed this paper in sheet format - great for color and B&W. However, I needed to print a 34" wide landscape photo with my Epson 3880. Although the 3880 does not have a paper roll feed mechanism, I was able to cut this roll and feed it through the sheet feeder. Works very well on the 3880 up to 34.7" width, without using RIP to go beyond that.

I have an Epson 2880 and want to print 16x24" and so I got a roll of the EFP and cut it into 25" sheets and flattened them out. Works great, but it would be nice if they made 17x25" paper.
