Comments about LG Electronics BH6820SW 3D Blu-ray Home Theater System:

The quality of the picture on this 42" screen is so amazing. The pixels used with this TV, you can actually see the irises in the individuals eyes, see the acne that may be covered up with make-up, the images are outstanding. It was easy to assemble and set everything up with my system. The owner's manual was so precise a would not let you make any kind of mistakes. The home theater system I bought to go with this TV....oh-my-God.....my friends and family are so impressed with my set-up, one male friend, went out and bought the same set-up as I have , one month later. My sister also went out and bought a LG 47", six weeks after me.I have not experienced any type of LG products in the past, but I will certainly check out other products available. LG...Life The Way It Should Be!

Comments about LG Electronics BH6820SW 3D Blu-ray Home Theater System:

This system is very good. It is NOT excellent. I paid a very good price for it. But you don't get "Excellent" when you pay "very good" dollars. The overall system performance is (again) very good - you will not be disappointed. However its top volume is easily reached when you're playing your TV signal through the Optical Cable. My biggest grudge against this system is that the system is NOT WIRELESS. The back channels are WIRED to an extra interface, and the Interface is wireless to the master unit. All other speakers are WIRED directly to the master unit - do NOT remove wires from your wall if you're replacing an earlier system (like I did). I am not sure why but when I turn this unit on, my Sharp 65" TV sound speakers become completely disabled and there is no way to re-enable the TV speakers unless you go into the TV Menu and Reset the TV to Factory Specs. The Picture quality of the BluRay is phenomenal. The Smart TV Menu system is not organized in a very intuitive way (I am a Computer Server Technology Specialist so I know my way around Windows and Android interfaces). It takes me a few minutes to locate Netflix every time I want to access that application. In summary - The picture quality is superb, the sound system is excellent on BluRay but nothing special from other sources and the term "Wireless" is misleading and ridiculous.
