Supplied Dividers too small to make the bag work as intended

Comments about Porta Brace PB-26LENS Padded Cordura Lens Case:

I bought 2 of these. I use one for its intended purpose, holding lenses. I like portabrace products, I have several bags and cases already. As much as I like them they frustrate me. The frustration usually comes from the bag dividers. In this case the dividers are not long enough to reach from one side to the other. If the internal compartment is 10 inches then how can 2 four inch dividers bridge the gap? The images on the website make it look achievable, but reality tells a different story.
I emailed Portabrace a week ago asking for an explanation but I received no response.
I do love the design but the dividers are a poor oversight when they pride themselves with including a personalised not from the actual person who assembled the product.
I would give the product 4 stars but now it's 3 stars for the bad customer service.

Nicely Made - But

Comments about Porta Brace PB-26LENS Padded Cordura Lens Case:

These case is nicely manufactured. My one problem with it is, and I didn't notice this in the description when I ordered it... it doesn't come with a shoulder strap. There isn't even one listed in the accessories, which is pretty ridiculous because if you load this thing up- you're not going to want to carry it around by the handle. It does have ringlets to clip a strap to it. Considering the cost, it seems at least an inexpensive strap could have been included. Now i have to spend time trying to find a shoulder strap.

Comments about Porta Brace PB-26LENS Padded Cordura Lens Case:

I wanted a case that would protect my Zeiss lenses and my Nikon D800E when working in the field, mostly landscape shooting out of the back of my hatchback.

I am very pleased with the flexibility of this case and many dividers that come with it. It feels very sturdy and provides good protection to the gear. It is tall enough to accommodate the camera with a 50 Makro attached and a 105mm Nikkor, three other Zeiss lenses and some DSLR video gear, including a shotgun microphone.

Absolutely amazing, super durable, wonderful manufacturing. Tons of space, and the best part, IT PROTECTS YOUR LENSES! It even has a hard vault case that this particular bag can be placed into effectively making it flight worthy, travel worthy, etc. My favorite lens case for all my anamorphic lens gear.

Comments about Porta Brace PB-26LENS Padded Cordura Lens Case:

Well made lens case with excellent protection for your camera body and 6-7 lens. Can customize dividers as you see fit. Not meant to be checked in as luggage, or really as a camera bag either, but perfect for storing lens/gear at home or local travel.
