iLuv Unveils Colorful "City Lights" Earphones

Now you can dress yourself in earbuds that complement the changing colors of New York’s tallest building after dark. iLuv has debuted the City Lights in-ear headphones line in seven different colors that suggest the skyline at night: silver, black, red and pink. 

And because each pair is priced less than what you’d expect to pay for a movie ticket in Manhattan, you can line your dresser with several sets.

According to iLuv, each City Lights bud pair is manufactured to deliver sparkling highs and bold mid-range tones while bringing out the lower bass. Each of the IEP322 earphones comes with three sizes of silicone ear tips to ensure a comfortable fit while blocking ambient noise.

The City Lights line (which iLuv first referred to as “Empire Lights,” a name it no longer uses) features a gold-plated 3.5mm stereo mini plug that is compatible with MP3 players, tablets, notebooks and other devices.

Just to make sure that the bud color chosen for a particular evening won’t clash with the lit halo from the Empire State Building, be aware that the building will be displaying white through Aug. 18; green, white and orange, Aug. 19-20; blue, white and orange, Aug. 21-22; white, Aug. 23-25; and red, blue and yellow, Aug. 26-28.
