Great video! I started experimenting with telephoto panorama this early winter trying to capture trail junctions while out nordic skiing.
One thing I found is autofocus can screw up a panaroma, when some elements are close and others faraway. So I try to remember to go to manual focus, focusing first on my primary focal point then shooting the images. If everything is far enough away, this is not needed. But seeing half a tree in focus after stitching the images can be disappointing.
Also need to make sure the images overlap enough for post-processing.
