I am using this on a Nikon D300 with the 18 - 200 DX lens. The loop strap connection is a breeze to install and adjust and gives a very neat connection at the camera. No loose ends sticking out. I would question whether this is as strong as the regular pro strap and so I am not using it on my heavier gear (D3 with 2.8 telephoto).
Perfect for a middleweight camera.

Strap performs as advertised, it provides comfort when carrying a heavy camera around your neck for long periods of time. My major complaint is with the portion of the strap that attaches to the camera. It contains plastic buckles so that the strap may be interchanged or removed. Problem is that these pieces are far too long. When unbuckling the strap for use, say on a tripod, you'll have over two feet of strap still dangling from the camera and in your way.

Comments about OP/TECH USA Pro Loop Strap (Black):
I'm not going to try to convince you that this is the greatest camera strap in the world, but it's very good. Straps are very much a matter of individual preference, but this one is certainly worth a try.
I like the loop system for connecting to your camera. It's a heck of a lot easier than feeding the strap through buckles.
And I like that Op/Tech products work together in a system. If you want a harness for multiple cameras, you don't have to retire the Pro Loop strap to the closet shelf. You can quick-connect back and forth.

I use this on my Canon EOS 7D and it is so much more comfortable than the strap Canon includes. I can shoot for hours and not have my neck or shoulders ache. Just a great strap to use.

I used to carry a 5 pounds dslr for the entire day outdoors with my family and it was a real challenge for my neck. This strap dispatches the weight of the camera on your shoulders instead of your neck. The only bad thing I see is when removing the strap using the quick attach system to install the camera on a tripod, the part that stays on the camera is too long compared to the part that stays on your neck (so it won't stay on your neck...).

Excellent replacement for extremely uncomfortable Canon strap that came with my 5DMkII. Made in small town USA - Belgrade, Montana (near Bozeman). A bit difficult to attach to the 5DMkII, but follow the example on the Op/Tech website video and take your time.

Great value for money, I've used a lot of straps over 40 years some very expensive and these are hard to beat for the cost.

I've used an earlier model of an OP/TECH strap for years. I used it on a Canon 10D, 20D, and 40D camera. It was showing a little ware so I purchased this strap for my new 7D camera. It contains the same quality of construction as my old strap but the wider and contoured strap is more comfortable than the old. This is a worthwhile investment and makes carrying your camera around your neck much more comfortable. It is very secure and the snaps make it extremely easy to disconnect the strap if needed. Highly recommend.

I found this a strong, practical and comfortable strap for the Canon 60D, even with heavy lenses. Canon camera eyelets are a challenge for most straps (good swivels would chafe the ends less) but the OpTech Pro Loops seem better than other designs.

This is a great strap. It's really comfortable and seems to distribute the weight better. And it doesn't scream the make and model of my DSLR.

Great strap very comfortable takes the waight of my Nikon D300 off the back of my neck and distributes it evenly across my shoulders. I can carry my camera around my neck for longer with much less discomfort.

Replaced the Nikon strap that came with the camera. Much kinder to my neck and shoulder than the OEM version. At less than $20, it's a no brainer.

Love the fact that the strap comes with quick lock releases which allows me to change cameras out quickly and not have to carry around a bag of bulky straps for each.
The Pro Loops also give you confidence in not having to worry whether or not the strap is going to let loose of the camera by slipping through itself.
Purchase the additional Pro Loop extensions and you have a multi-system strap.

I love the look and feel of the strap. The only down side was that it was quite hard to get the strap through the strap holes, but the quick release and other features makes up for it!

I decided to try this strap after reading lots of review compare to the expensive popular strap that lock the tripod mount.
It is surprisingly comfort, and the easy plastic lock can change to the double strap I use for 2 cameras.
You don't have to spend more than hundred for a strap. This works fine for much less $.
