The Dyna-Lite AH4080 Bi-Tube Arena Flash Head is specifically designed for sports arena lighting. This head features two custom attached 4' power cables and comes with a polished (40-SP40) 40° reflector with a 250W lamp positioned to produce illumination identical to the flash. provides twice the light output and will dramatically shorten the flash duration by utilizing the 4080 Bi-Tube design. It has two pig tail cables allowing for connection to two power packs producing up to 4000 w/s.
The 4080SP head can be used with a variety of studio type reflectors for total control of lighting effects. Also, for those photographers who use soft boxes, the frosted dome effectively makes the box more efficient and soft, because the light spreads laterally, as well as going forward, filling the box more completely. A power supply for this flash head is required. This head is not equipped with a modeling light.
The 4080SP head can be outfitted with parabolic reflectors, barn doors, and grid spot holders for greater light control. In all, nine different studio type reflectors are available for the 4080 head, giving the photographer more control and more creative choices with light-shaping.
