The Porta Brace HK-P2 Hiker Pro Backpack Case is designed to Mini DV camcorders such as; Canon XL-1, XL-1S, XL-2 basic model with MA-100 audio option and similar camcorders with battery, lens, viewfinder and accessories. A high level of protection is achieved with the use of a plastic frame a hard shell viewfinder pocket and the Camera Cozy pillow nesting system consisting of a pillowed interior and a soft camera cozy with hold-down strap.
The Hiker Pro has 3 large front external pockets and 2 mesh interior pockets for accessories. Tie downs give the option of lashing on extras like light stands or tripod. The included divider kit consisting of a divider (which can be cut by a scissor) and Surehook strips is used to customize the interior of the case.
The leather carry handles tie down with a Touch Fastener strap for snag free backpacking. Shoulder straps are stored in a zippered compartment on the back of the case. Metal "D" Rings are provided for attaching an optional HB-40 suede leather shoulder strap and accessories pouches. A LI-GLW illumination strip light pocket is included.
