In the sample of image above of the Tamrac Pro 12 bag it appears as if there are two pro bodies - one with a 70-200mm zoom and one with a 50mm prime. I own these lenses, but this is not my ideal two camera setup. Like many, I have two cameras, one with a 70-200 2.8 and one with a 24-70. This setup does not fit in the bag.
The reason I purchased this bag was because I was looking for something very large that would be able get all of my favorite lenses around. While it's unfortunate it doesn't accommodate my ideal two camera setup, it's a great bag for everything else. It even stores my flash bracket which I've found the trickiest item to transport.
There are four buckles on top of the two zippers which close the bag. It seems that the bag is nicely padded and durable. The handle feels strong and shoulder strap is comfortable. You get the feeling that it's built to last a long time.
The Velcro dividers are VERY sticky. What I mean by this is that you'll have a real hard time peeling it out if you want to re-organize the default layout. This is a good thing, though, since it means even your biggest of lenses will be safe in their compartments.
This bag is great if need to move a lot of equipment safely to your photo site. It's not the sort of bag you carry around on your shoulder for "touristing", for example. For this you'd be better off looking at a carry bag like lowepro's sling shot.
My only frustration with camera bags is that they are designed to snugly store your cameras and lenses, but there's always the complication of the lens hood. It's not very smart to shoot without a lens hood if you do own one. Most bags don't seem to address the issue of transporting your hoods on top of everything else.
It IS nice to be able to pull out at least one always mounted lens/camera system. I keep my 24-70. I've had to increase the size of one of my storage compartments just to hold my lens hoods. This in turn has decreased the size of my other available compartments, making for a sloppy layout. For this I rate this product 4 stars.

Item is true to its description, however I baught it thinking that it could hold my Sigma 150-500mm lens. The way the divider pannels are made there was no way to really configure it to work and still safely pack other items. Otherwise this bag is great for smaller lenses and gear. Superior quality and good design. I feel like this bag would protect my gear very well from normal handling mishaps.

I wanted something to hold my Nikon DSLR, three lenses and flash along with many accessories and the future possibility of a second body. This bag really fills the bill. It is just what the doctor ordered. The only down side is that it is really big...almost luggage sized. But, you can't have interior room without exterior size. It's about twice the exterior size of my previous bag which was a LowePro. Nice construction features with lots of pockets and zippered areas. This bag will last me for a long time to come.

Own a 70-200mm, 50mm, and 17-35mm lenses and fits these plus D700 body with room to grow. Chose this over the Domke due to better protection in my opinion.

I use this bag for a Canon XH-A1 Video camera which has an external mike on it. This bag is big enough to fit the camera and mike without taking anything apart. There is also ample room for blank videos and batteries as well as chargers and other assorted accessories. The bag is made with quality materials nd put together very well. I don't think you can find a better bag at this price. I have used Tamrac bags for years. Currently I use 4 of their bags for all jobs.

I carry gear for 2 Nikon bodies and find it easy to pack and get to my gear. My 17 pound cat uses it for a scratching post if I set it in the floor and there is no evidence of wear. It is perfect for my photo shoots.

This is a quality built bag but:
I am a Canon shooter and My camera with 70-200mm IS 2.8 II barelly fits on the cradle. I have to force it down and of course with no lens hood, not reverse mount on da' hood either, the cradle its too narrow. On the side pockets after I set the cam with the 70-200 it's not room for any Canon L lenses, you can stick a flash there but no lenses. I tucked my 24-70mm 2.8 Lens where the second body should go with the hood revers mount and the hood from 70-200 in top of it. It looks unorganized and I hate to take the hood off my lenses. My Sekonic 558 doesnt fit in the side pockets either like it shows on the bag pictures from the seller, maybe a 300 will fit or any other smaller size meter.
I purchased the bag because its called Pro System and i was expected to fit 3-4 lenses but I cant. Maybe if you jamm them inside it might work but I want it to look organized special when you open it in front of a client.
The bag its pretty big and it does protect your stuff good.
I decide to keep it because a bigger size bag will be way too big. I have to take only 2 lenses and 2 flashes and some PW Flexes which it works for me. But 6-7 lenses as advertized will not fit but I am only familiar with Canon system so for other brands can work different.
I hope this will help and for a quick job works good

My first impression of this bag was the quality workmanship. It is stable, lightweight and protective of all your precious camera gear. It has the capacity to hold 2 camera bodies and up 8 lenses from what I can see! (2 on the camera bodies, 4 in allocated lens pockets and 2 under hidden shelving!) Lots of space for your memory cards, filters, batteries & chargers. I would recommend this bag to anyone. I love that I am not worried about my gear falling our or moving... this bag is very stable, with zips and numerous locks to ensure it is locked up tight. Love it!

This bag is perfectly thought out and must have been designed by a real photographer. I still can't believe how much it holds & how accessible everything in it really is. The most amazing thing is that it's really compact for a bag that holds & organizes as much as it does. A great value & very impressive design.

Out of the box it appears to be a tad smaller than the picture shows, however, once you get it opened up and the inserts re-arranged you find yourself with more than enough room to suit all your needs.
The current configuration, as I have it, contains: 1 Nikon D3 body, 2 Nikon SB-900's, 1 Nikon 70-200mm, 1 Nikon 24-70mm, 1 Nikon 14mm, 1 Nikon 50mm, 2 rolls of gaffer tape, Sekonic Light Meter, Expodisc, Whi-Bal Card, Multiple Memory Cards, 1 Pocket Wizard, Extra 2AA's... All with room to spare!
You won't be disappointed with this well built bag.

Holds all of my camera gear except for the camera which is stored in a separate bag for convenience.
The padded compartments keep numerous lenses safe and sound. A 50mm prime, An 85mm prime, 18-55mm, 24-120mm, 70-300mm, and 2 speedlights, the Nikon SB800 and SB900 along with spare batteries, lens hoods, filters, and every other accessory that I use.
I like how you can move around the padded pieces to make custom fits for your gear. And I initially held off purchasing a bag because of the cost, but it makes no sense to keep several thousand dollars worth of lenses stored in boxes. With the padding in this bag, they are now safe and sound... all in one very portable bag, which is sooo convenient.
