love these. Been using these for so so so many years. Back when I had my darkroom I used them religiously on my negs. Now i use them on my negs when I scan them with my camera. makes getting the dust off much easier.

Amazing!

This cloth is fantastic. Works great with negatives, among many other things. I suggest getting more than one as you will find other perfect uses for these clothes. I've used it as a surface to put a vinyl record down on for cleaning, so if you need something to do that too, it's perfect.

The Ilford Antistaticum Anti-Static Cloth is used dry. It is very important not to use it on lenses, only film.

After a while the cloth seems to dry out is there a recommended solution to apply to rejuvinate the anti static qualities for cleaning negatives?
Asked by: Richard
The cloth should last a long time if kept in the pastic ziploc. If your cloth is losing its mojo, then I would just purchase a new one.

question

Can the antistaticum cloth be washed and still retain it properties?
Asked by: Ron J.
I am not positive and have never tried washing them myself, however, I do vaguely recall an instructor at my photography school saying that it was not wise to wash antistatic cloths. Hope that helps.
